October is a month for spooky, supernatural or creepy books. As you know Candyce and I both participated in a Spook-a-thon, and for one of the challenges I read Contagion by Erin Bowman. I was already interested in this story when reading the synopsis a while ago, but when a friend told us how amazing the audiobook was I knew I had to pick it up. Looking Back at Our Bookhauls | October 2017
We decided to add a new post to the blog. As you know, we show you the books we bought or received every month. This got us thinking, how many books have we actually already read from our hauls? So now once a month we will be looking back at our bookhauls from a year ago and tell you what we have read!

Review| Erik – Sawyer Bennett
If you saw my review that was posted earlier today, you would be able to tell I am a fan of sports romances. Today is the release day for another sports romance, Erik by Sawyer Bennett. Hockey seems to be the sport I read a lot about in sports romances, so when I got the chance to get an ARC, I couldn’t resist. I am definitely grateful for this chance. Earlier this year I read I Dare You and loved all the characters in that book. I Bet You is the next book in the Hookup series. This can be read as a standalone, but we do read about characters we saw in I Dare You. Thanks to the author and Social Butterfly PR I was able to get an ARC to read and review for this blog tour.
