As a book lover, there’s nothing like meeting the authors behind your favorite books. This time I didn’t actually get to meet the authors, but a friend of mine did and had a few books signed for me! In the past I have written about my signed books and thought it would be fun to do another post! Let’s check out the signed books I’ve recently added to my collection.
Earlier this week, you read our Halloween swap wishlists. On top of the Halloween swap, our friend Kwante, is also hosting a readathon. This one starts on October 13th until October 20th. We couldn’t resist participating, so today we’re sharing our Spook-a-thon TBR! Let’s take a look.
As big fans of Gilmore Girls, we couldn’t resist when we read about the readathon being hosted by Livs Library, Pastel Pages and Mackenzie Lane. This readalong will start on October 1st and run through October 15th. Today we want to share our TBRs for this readathon!

For the past five or six years, every August, I my boyfriend and I go help at Castlefest. It’s a four day festival here in The Netherlands. This year Isabelle even joined us for a couple of days. For the first time I had Saturday off and of course while we walked around, I did some shopping.
So today, I’m going to share my castlfest haul. I’d say it’s a fun festival, if I can buy books there, haha.
Audiobooks are everywhere these days. When I’m on Facebook, Instagram and even other blogs, I see so many people listening to audiobooks. I know Isabelle is a big fan of them and has been able to read so much more since she started listening to audiobooks.
I’ve always thought they weren’t for me, but I was really curious. So today I have a post about My First Experience with Audiobooks.

This week I’m participating in an Adult Readathon and I’ve already read 3 adult books! And one of those book was Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid. If I’m being honest, I wasn’t planning on reading it, but the audiobook is on Storytel so I decided to go for it. And surprisingly I enjoyed it a lot! The book is about a fictional band and music is the most important ingredient in the book. So while reading it, I was wishing for the music to be real haha. I thought it would be fun to make a little playlist for you guys, maybe to put on while you’re reading Daisy Jones & the Six. Let’s see what I picked out!
