As you might know, I love looking at Goodreads lists and today I had a look at the most popular romance and romantasy books of 2026. While I am slowly turning into a romance girly, I didn’t expect to have read any from that category. But I did expect to have read some from the romantasy category. Down the TBR Hole #178

Nothing has really changed since my last Down the TBR Hole post, so I’m starting with the same amount of books on my want to read shelf. Let’s see what progress I can make this week.

Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Bookish Item| September TBR

It’s almost the end of August and that means it’s time to think about what I want to read next month. Of course, I have some group/buddy reads planned, there are some ARCs and a few books I just really hope to get to. My August TBR didn’t quite go to plan, but I never expect it to. Bookish Item| November TBR

My reading month in October turned out completely different than planned. A lot of my TBR was thrown out the window. I’ve noticed the pressure of reading for deadlines was starting to get to me and I need to let that go a bit. So my November TBR still has a few ARCs, but I’ll be reading a bit more freely as well. I’m letting myself be more of a mood reader, so let’s see what my November plan will be.
