At the end of December we shared our reading goals for 2023. Since 2022 has ended it means it’s time to look back at our 2022 reading goals. About halfway through the year we did an update so you might have an idea where we’re headed with our goals. Do you think we reached all of them? Some of them? Or none of them? Let’s dive in and find out! Continue reading “Bookish Item | Reading Goals 2022 Wrap Up”
With a little more than a week left in 2022, it’s time for us to start thinking about what we want to work on next year when it comes to reading! Every year we set a few reading goals and will do this again for the coming year. We don’t always succeed, but that’s something we’ll talk about in a couple of weeks, haha. So keep on reading if you want to hear about our 2023 reading goals!
Every year we set up some reading goals to challenge us during the year. Last week Isabelle posted her mid year 2022 reading goals update and this week it’s my turn. How have my goals been going so far? What still needs some work? Keep on reading to find out!
Every year we set ourselves some reading goals. Some of those goals are easier to meet than others but usually we at least meet some of them. Since I’ve been crazy busy I’m very scared to see how I’ve been doing. I believe I didn’t go too hard on myself when I set my goals but I don’t fully remember them haha. So this is also a great reminder! Let’s see what my goals were and if I’m on my way of completing them. Continue reading “Bookish Item | Reading Goals – Update part 1”
Every year we try to set ourselves some goals. At the end of 2021 we set our 2022 reading goals but today we want to give the final update on the 2021 reading goals we set about a year ago! We gave an update (part 1 and part 2) about half way through the year so you might have an idea whether we actually reached our goals. Let’s jump in! Just a couple more days and we’re in 2022! We say this all the time but this year has flown by. Lately Candyce has been showing her Netgalley Backlist in an effort to put those books back on her radar. While we both are quite lucky with getting amazing eARC’s our ratio’s aren’t that great… At the moment mine is 37% and I really want to get it towards 45% by the end of the year. Over two years ago I wrote a blogpost about a part of my backlist and I want to continue that. I’ll warn you now, there will be some older releases in here ;). Let’s take a look! Continue reading “Bookish Item | Isabelle’s Netgalley Backlist II”
Before 2021 started both Candyce and I set ourselves some reading goals. 2020 was not a great reading year for me so I didn’t do great on those goals. But I did set some goals for 2021 again. And since we’re half way through the year I thought it would be great to take a look and see how I’m doing so far. To be honest, I’m not completely sure which goals I set for myself so this is also a good reminder. But I do have an inkling and you could say I’m worried haha. Let’s take a look! Continue reading “Bookish Item | Reading Goals 2021 Mid Year Update”
Since we started this blog we’ve posted our reading goals for the year (see our 2020 reading goals we’ll be evaluating in January here). Reading should always be fun, but we love challenging ourselves. So keep on reading if you want to know more about our 2021 reading goals!
Merry Christmas! Just a couple of days left in 2020! What a year it has been. And while some people have been reading more than ever, I can’t really say the same haha. I’m still 5 books away from reaching my Goodreads reading goal so I want to try and read or even finish these books before the end of the year. Let’s take a look!
