At the end of March I posted about my Netgalley Backlist. I showed you five books I hadn’t gotten around to reading yet (I still haven’t read them either. Oops!). I’m still at a feedback rate of a little over 60%, but have read some amazing titles since the last time I posted.
Today I want to make a Netgalley Backlist Part 2. Out of the 107 books I’ve been approved for, there are 40 books I still need to read and review. Let’s take a look at a few of the older ones on this list!
Now that’s it’s July, I thought it would be a good time to check in on how my reading is going this year! At the end of last year, we wrote a post about our reading goals. Now it’s time for my 2019 Reading Goals Update. How am I doing so far? Let’s take a look!
This is kind of a last minute decision, but after hearing about The Book Junkie Trials, we decided to participate. We have to declare our TBR by July 1st, so that’s pretty last minute, but oh well? Haha. Let’s take a look at what these trials are and our TBRs.

Book Beginnings on Friday isn’t a prompt that I’ve done in awhile, so I decided to give it another go.This meme was created by Rose City Reader.
The idea is to post the first sentence or so of the book you’re currently reading. After that you talk about your initial thoughts about the sentence, book or anything to do with that. I don’t know how often I will do this, but it seems like fun from time to time.

O M G, that Riverdale season finale!! I absolutely loved that episode and can’t believe we have to wait until October. So to make the wait a little bit easier I wanted to give some book recommendations based on Riverdale. I was inspired by this video by Super Space Chick and plan on doing this for other tv shows as well!
There are the obvious recommendations of allll the Riverdale comics (here are a couple of mini reviews for some that I’ve read). And there’s also the prequel book, Riverdale: The Day Before for which I participated in the blog tour. But today I want to recommend books based on some of our favorite characters!
