Roar was released in June ’17 and I read it pretty shortly after that. I can remember, because there are little teeth marks in my cover (I had two tiny kittens running around back then, haha). All of the fans have been waiting for a sequel and after the author had some health issues, we’re finally getting the next one.
With Rage releasing soon, this was a perfect time to re-read Roar. It’s been so long, I needed a refresher! Let’s see what I thought the second time around.
Earlier this year I enjoyed Baby Mine and Baby Yours. Now Kennedy Fox has started the next Roommate Duet. The first one, Truly Mine, is now available for all of us to read! Sawyer Bennett is an author I’ve come to love for romance books. She writes different things like Dax (a hockey romance) and Gimme Some Sugar (a bit cleaner/sweet romance). Having enjoyed both, I was really curious about the Wicked Horse Vegas series.

Jennifer L. Armentrout is one of my favorite authors and I’ve read almost all of her books. About five years ago I read The Dark Elements, but only had them as e-books. I personally didn’t like the covers at all! This year they all got a cover change before the first book in the spin-off series was released.
I knew I needed these covers and felt that a reread was a good start before diving into the spin-off. White Hot Kiss is the first book in this trilogy and today I want to tell you what I thought about this book!

After reading Play to Win earlier this year, I knew the Wynn Hockey series would be one I’d need to continue to follw. The romance and writing was amazing and the added family drama made the first book very interesting. The sequel, In It To Win It, is now available as well.
