As I’ve mentioned before, one of my important reading goals of 2023 is shrinking my physical TBR. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books I still have or subjects I want to read about. Belladonna is a book that has received a lot of hype since releasing in 2022. I even grabbed an eARC of this book when it was read now on Netgalley. When a book is really hyped, I tend to be careful, because I’m afraid the hype is going to get my expectations too high. That wasn’t the case with this book and I’m mad a myself for taking so long to read it. So I finally did and want to talk about it, so keep on reading for more!

I’ve only read The Roommate by Rosie Danan and I definitely enjoyed myself. When I read about Do Your Worst, I was really excited. Still Beating released in 2020, but it’s a book I still keep hearing about three years later. So when Bloom announced they were publishing it and I was lucky to receive and eARC, I decided to finally sit down and read it. This book was quite the surprise! Keep on reading to find out what Still Beating is about and what I thought!
This book does get pretty dark, so if you have a hard time reading about certain things, definitely look up the warnings.

Once More with Feeling is a book I was really curious about. We get friends to lovers that turns into enemies to lovers. Also a pop star trying to kick off her career again on Broadway. So I was really excited when I got an eARC to read and review this one. It took me a little longer than planned, but I’m finally posting my review today!
