Anthologies can be tricky, because short stories have to grab your attention pretty quickly. When we heard about Vampires Never Get Old we were both excited. Stories about vampires can be pretty interesting. The line up in this anthology was amazing and that made it even easier to pick this one up. We decided to split our review into to two parts, because there are quite a few stories. So keep on reading for our review of the first six stories. This year has been a weird one, but 2020 has been a year filled with a lot of amazing middle grade books. Today I’m excited to talk about Amari and the Night Brothers by B.B. Alston. This middle grade book releases in January 2021 and you don’t want to miss out! It’s definitely going to be on the my list of 2020 favorites. I won’t be forgetting about this book anytime soon. I’m back with another Down the TBR Hole and I didn’t do good these past two weeks, haha. 2021 is seriously going to be a year filled with amazing books and I keep adding them to my shelf. It’s basically a never ending battle.
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around.
