In May I had a trial for Audible and shared my thoughts afterwards. While my conclusions were that it wasn’t worth it to me and that I would cancel my subscription, I didn’t actually cancel it haha. I forgot about it at first, got a good deal when I did want to cancel and might have changed my mind after a couple of months. It’s December and I’m in a very festive mood. I’ve been reading holiday themed books, listening to Christmas music, and even watching Christmas movies. So I thought it was time to spread a little Christmas cheer on the blog with The Christmas Book Blogger Tag. I’ve been pretty ahead with the blog lately, so it’s actually been a couple weeks now since I wrote the last Down the TBR Hole. Thankfully my want to read shelf hasn’t gotten a lot bigger since the last time.
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!
It’s been quite some time since we’ve done a buddy review and it’s great to be back with them for a book like My Contrary Mary. We were both big fans of The Lady Janies trilogy and couldn’t wait for this book to release. It took us a few months to actually pick this one up, but we finally did!
