Bookish Beginnings On Friday | Anatomy: A Love Story – Dana Schwartz

Lately we’ve been using our bookish beginnings on Fridays to start tackling out Netgalley backlist. Besides our Netgalley backlist, I’m also trying to work on my physical backlist and want to talk about a book I plan on reading today after blogging. Anatomy: A Love Story is a young adult historical fiction that sounds amazing!

This meme was created by Rose City Reader. The idea is to post the first sentence or so of the book you’re currently reading. After that you talk about your initial thoughts about the sentence, book or anything to do with that.

Book Tour| Jasmine Zumideh Needs a Win – Susan Azim Boyer

Today is my stop on the book tour for Jasmine Zumideh Needs a Win hosted by TBR and Beyond Tours. I’ve said this many times, but I love learning more about the authors behind the books, so I was excited to do an interview for this tour. Susan Azim Boyer was kind of enough to take time to answer my questions, so keep on reading for that and more about this book.

Bookish Beginnings on Friday| The Wolf Den – Elodie Harper

The Wolf Den is a book I’ve been seeing every since last year. It released in the UK last year and this year in the US. I recently received a copy of it and I have to say I’m curious. I’ve been wanting to read more historical fiction and Greek mythology is something I’m interested in. So a perfect book to use in a Bookish Beginnings on Friday post.

Can’t Wait Wednesday | The Red Palace – June Hur

We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.

Can’t-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. Continue reading “Can’t Wait Wednesday | The Red Palace – June Hur”
