Tradition by Brendan Kiely isn’t a book that I have heard a lot about, but when I read the sign up for the blog tour I had to sign up. This book hits home when it comes to subjects in society these days. I was curious to see how this author wrote about these subjects. To start off my post today I want to thank the author, the fantastic flying book club and the publisher for giving me a copy to read and review. If you want to see what I thought of the book, keep on reading!

Buddy Review | The Assassin’s Blade – Sarah J Maas
After it was announced that the last installment of this book will be called Kingdom of Ash we both decided we missed the world and wanted to read these books again. It’s kind of funny when you think about the fact that we met thorough a readalong of this series, haha. Every month we are going to review one book. It gives us just enough time to read them all before Kingdom of Ash is released. Be warned there will be spoilers in these reviews. So if you haven’t read this series yet, you may not want to read our review! We are starting with The Assassin’s Blade!

Review| Chasing Love – Kayla Tirrell
Chasing Love is the third and final installment of the Mountain Creek Drive trilogy. I read and reviewed Stage Kiss and Leah’s Song (my review of this book was posted earlier today), so I had to have this one as well, haha. I have loved all of Kayla Tirrell’s books that I have read so far, so I was really looking forward to this one. Did it live up to my expectations? Keep reading to find out!
Review| Leah’s Song – Daphne James Huff
Leah’s Song is the second book in the Mountain Creek Drive trilogy. I already read and reviewed Stage Kiss, so I was happy to get the opportunity to read the second one as well. I was curious to see if this one would bring me down memory lane just like Stage Kiss did.
Blog Tour| Suitors and Sabotage – Cindy Anstey
After reading My Lady Jane at the beginning of this year, I have been wanting to read more historical fiction. Seeing the sign up for this book, I saw it as a sign to read more. I have seen this book mentioned a few times online and so far I have loved most of the books I have read from Swoon Reads. If you want to know if I enjoyed Suitors and Sabotage just as much, keep on reading.

Review| Our Dark Duet – Victoria Schwab
After reading This Savage Song I was happy that I already owned Our Dark Duet. The first book sucked me right into that world and I needed more. Our Dark Duet was also amazing and I want more. This is a book I couldn’t stop thinking about after I was all done reading it. There were so many emotions!
Review| This Savage Song – Victoria Schwab
This duology has been on my shelf for quite some time now (like a lot of other books, haha). I had heard a lot of amazing things about them from friends and Isabelle has already read them as well. So after another friend started them and a Facebook group I am in (TBR and Beyond) were going to do a group read, I just had to join! The only regret I have is not reading this book sooner! It was so good!

At the beginning of the year I was approached by Morgan and she asked if I wanted to read and review her book. After reading what it was about, I knew I had to give it a try. I’m happy I did, because I ended up loving this book and I can’t get the second one fast enough!

Blog Tour| Entombed in Glass – Stacey Rourke
On Monday I posted my review for Rise of the Sea Witch, the first book in the Unfortunate Souls Chronicles. The second one was released at the end of March and I had the opportunity to read and review. Is this one just as good as Rise of the Sea Witch?
