I’m still working on my complete Throne of Glass reread and the next two books were Empire of Storms and Tower of Dawn. A popular way to read these two has been to do a tandem read. Since Tower of Dawn mostly takes place during the events in Empire of Storms you can alternate between the books. I decided to try that for this reread. So let’s talk about my experience! These stories are pretty important and provide you with some much needed backstory. I personally think reading The Assassin’s Blade in between Heir of Fire and Queen of Shadows is the perfect way to do it but there are different opinions for sure!
