Lately I haven’t bought that many books, although I do think compared to 2022 I added a lof more books to my shelves. At the moment there are a couple of books I really want to add to my collection, and I’m so sure about them I plan on pre-ordering them. I thought it would be fun to share those with you all. So let’s take a look!

House of Flame and Shadow – Sarah J. Maas

I’m so incredibly excited for this release! It might be one of my all time most anticipated releases to be honest. A little less than 90 days before it’s here. Candyce and I are still looking into getting special editions from the USA to get different bonus chapters. There are a couple I really want to get my hands on. Until then I will have to make due with my rereads.

Fence vol. 6 – C.S. Pacat & Johanna the Mad

This one actually sparked the idea for this post. I saw an email today that Fence vol. 6 was available to pre-order and I got super excited. This is such a wonderful series and I’m so pumped for the next volume. There is already talk about a 7th volume and I really hope that’s true. The more people buy this 6th volume, the bigger the chance for more volumes becomes!

The Familiar – Leigh Bardugo

I love Leigh Bardugo’s writing and I’m really excited for this new release. To be honest, I’m not completely sure this one is available for pre-order just yet. I expect there to be a couple special editions, so I might try to get one of those. This is a historical fantasy and I can’t wait to see what Leigh does with that.

Saga vol. 11 – Brian K. Vaughan & Fiona Staples

This one hardly counts haha, but I wanted to mention it anyways. It releases next week and I’m really excited about it! After the four year hiatus Saga came back last year and this will be the second post hiatus instalment. I really enjoyed the previous one and I can’t wait to see what happens next with these characters.
