Blog Tour| Always Forever Maybe – Anica Mrose Rissi

Always Forever Maybe by Anica Mrose Rissi is a book that was released June 5th. This was already a book I noticed when looking for anticipated releases for June. From what I had heard it was a pretty intense book and when the sign ups for this blog tour came in, I knew I wanted to participated. Thanks to The Fantastic Flying Book Club and the publisher, I had the chance to read an review!

Unfortunately there were some issues with my review copy. I read half of the book and then my copy expired, so I haven’t been able to finish yet. So today I am just here to tell you about the book. I can say that what I have read has been really good so far. The physical book has been ordered, so I am waiting for that. If my review copy is fixed before then my review will be up even sooner! Sorry for the inconvenience! There is a giveaway you all can check out!

Blog Tour| The Brightsiders – Jen Wilde

The start of this review actually has a funny story. When I saw the signup for The Brightsiders, I didn’t realize Jen Wilde is also the author of Queens of Geek. I loved that book, so I was actually really excited to start The Brightsiders. If it lived up to my expectations, which were pretty high after reading Queens of Geek, is something you can read in this review!

Review | Daughter of the Pirate King – Tricia Levenseller

Last year Owlcrate had a shop wide discount for a couple of their previous boxes and I obviously couldn’t contain myself haha. One of the boxes had a sea theme and since I already knew what was in the box I had to get it. The book that was included was Daughter of the Pirate King and for the longest time I planned on reading it…. We all know how that goes right 😉 Luckily I finally managed to pick it up and I devoured it in one sitting!  Continue reading “Review | Daughter of the Pirate King – Tricia Levenseller”

Blog Tour| Love & Luck – Jenna Evans Welch

As you all know, if you’ve been following us for awhile anyways, I love contemporaries! Especially around this time of year. In 2016 I read Jenna Evans Welch’s book Love & Gelato. When I read that she was releasing a new book called Love & Luck, it was something I needed to get my hands on. Once again, I was lucky enough to be able to participate in the blog tour! I have now read this book and today you can read my review.

To start off my post today I want to thank the author, the fantastic flying book club and the publisher for giving me a copy to read and review. If you want to see what I thought of the book, keep on reading!

Buddy Review | The Assassin’s Blade – Sarah J Maas

After it was announced that the last installment of this book will be called Kingdom of Ash we both decided we missed the world and wanted to read these books again. It’s kind of funny when you think about the fact that we met thorough a readalong of this series, haha. Every month we are going to review one book. It gives us just enough time to read them all before Kingdom of Ash is released. Be warned there will be spoilers in these reviews. So if you haven’t read this series yet, you may not want to read our review! We are starting with The Assassin’s Blade!
