The Quiet You Carry released last year, but I have to say I missed this release. The next book Quiet No More is releasing soon and I’m on the blog tour. To prepare for that I needed to read The Quiet You Carry first. I have to say this definitely wasn’t an easy book to read and brings its own set of trigger warnings that I will address at the beginning of my review.
A big thanks to the publisher for providing me with an e-copy of this book on Netgalley to read and review!

After reading Be Not Far From Me earlier this year, I was really curious about Mindy McGinnis’ other books. Heroine was one I’ve seen around for awhile and saw that it was available on Storytel. I can tell you that this author really knows how to suck you into a story!
I do want to start off by saying that this book has major trigger warnings. Before you read this book, you should know that drug use/abuse, overdosing, addiction and even goes into detail how these drugs are used. Be warned when you pick it up!

As a big fan of contemporary books, as soon as I saw We Were Beautiful, I knew it would be a book for me! Don’t get me wrong, I love the fluffy and cute books, but I also really enjoy a book that’s a bit harder to read. Thanks to the publisher and The Fantastic Flying Book Club for providing me an ARC to read and review. Today I want to tell you what I thought of this book!

Tradition by Brendan Kiely isn’t a book that I have heard a lot about, but when I read the sign up for the blog tour I had to sign up. This book hits home when it comes to subjects in society these days. I was curious to see how this author wrote about these subjects. To start off my post today I want to thank the author, the fantastic flying book club and the publisher for giving me a copy to read and review. If you want to see what I thought of the book, keep on reading!

Isabelle and I will be going to meet Jennifer L Armentrout on October 20th. So when this comes online it will only be a few days away. I thought it would be appropriate to have a review about a book written by this wonderful author posted in the same week that we go see her. If There’s No Tomorrow is her latest book and I loved it. To find out more about what I thought about this book continue reading!
