We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since last January Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

Today’s prompt for Top Ten Tuesday is Bookstores or libraries I’ve always wanted to visit. But to be honest, I don’t have a to-do list of bookstores and libraries. Whenever I travel somewhere I’ll look up some cool bookstores in that area but I don’t even do that all the times. So this prompt just didn’t feel like me, and sure I could look up some beautiful bookstores and libraries around the world but it kinda feels like lying to me. I had a quick peak at some previous TTT prompts, and since Candyce and I alternate for top ten tuesday I miss out on fun weeks a lot! Bookish Item | Spook-a-thon

Our friend Kwante from Kwante in Wonderland is hosting a Spook-a-thon readathon challenge next month to celebrate Halloween. Now we don’t really do Halloween in the Netherlands but that doesn’t mean we can’t do a bookish Halloween and possibly watch some themed movies <3 We’re both pretty bad at sticking to a TBR so we decided to do like a loose TBR. Kwante came up with a couple of challenges for the Spook-a-thon and we just want to show some of the books we might possibly read. We would love you all to help us pick our books for this readathon! Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story, and I found it over at Howling Libraries. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since last January Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

The actual theme for this week’s Top Ten Tuesday was books with sensory memories, I had written my post but just was satisfied with it at all. So I decided to delete the whole thing and write a new post this morning. While I was listening to my current audiobook, a non-fiction book(!) I thought it would be fun to talk about the non fiction books on my tbr. One of my reading goals this year was reading 4 non-fiction books and I almost finished my second. So this isn’t really a tag but I saw it over at Destiny’s blog Howlinglibraries and thought it would be fun to do as well! We’re going to look at the most popular books on my TBR. The idea is super simple, you go to your Goodreads want-to-read shelf, sort the books by number of ratings and look at the first 10 (or 20). I decided to pick my own-tbr shelf, that’s my shelf on Goodreads for books I already own but have yet to read. So these books are on my actual TBR. I also decided to take a look at the 10 highest rated books on my TBR and if there was much overlap. So let’s take a look at the most popular books on my TBR. Bookish Item | Series I Need to Finish

I love reading series over stand alones but I do tend to start more series than I finish! Today I wanted to share some of the series I still need to finish with you all. To not make this an insanely long post I decided to keep it to the series I completely own in physical form. And only series I have already started.
