Bookish Items | Books I Added Because of the Goodreads Choice Awards
Every year we have the Goodreads Choice Awards and every year there is the same discussion about it being a popularity contest. So I have to say, I don’t really vote in it anymore, especially since I usually have only read 1 or 2 books in each category. But what I do like to do is find new books on the lists! I have added a couple of books to my TBR so let’s take a look at those! Continue reading “Bookish Items | Books I Added Because of the Goodreads Choice Awards”
Review| Dating and Dragons – Kristy Boyce
After really enjoying Dungeons and Drama, I was very excited when the author announced another book for us in this world/series. Dating and Dragons releases on December 31st and I was very lucky to receive an early copy to read and review. Today I want to talk about this book and tell you what I thought. Keep on reading to find out more!
A big thank you to Netgalley and Delacorte Romance for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way.

Review| A Jingle Bell Mingle – Julie Murphy & Sierra Simone
A Christmas Notch has been a series I’ve enjoyed since I got my hands on A Merry Little Meet Cute. Today’s review is bittersweet, because I loved A Jingle Bell Mingle, but it’s the final book in this series. I will miss visiting this town and these characters. Keep on reading to find out more about this book and what I thought!
An eARC was provided to me by Netgalley and Avon to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way.

WWW Wednesday #76
It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
TTT #370 | Books on My Winter 2024-2025 to-Read List
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Books on My Winter 2024-2025 to-Read List. I don’t really make TBRs, but I do like thinking about the books I would like to read in the coming months. So let’s dive in and take a look at my possible winter TBR! Continue reading “TTT #370 | Books on My Winter 2024-2025 to-Read List”
5 On My TBR| Titles Starting with a ‘C’
As we’ve mentioned before, one of our most important reading goals of is shrinking our physical TBR’s. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books we still have or what subjects to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is titles starting with a ‘C’. I’m not thinking of anything at the moment, but I’m sure I have some. Let’s take a look!

Down the TBR Hole #140
It’s been about a month since I did a Down the TBR Hole post, so it’s a good time to check in again. Since my last post, I have two books less on my Goodreads want to read shelf. It’s not a lot of progress, but it’s something.
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!
