I’ve had a few posts that talk about the eARCs I’ve recently added to my Kindle, but I’ve never talked about any of the Netgalley requests I have pending. I thought it would be a fun way to talk about some of the books I’m looking forward to. So let’s take a look at a few of the eARCs I’m hoping get approved soon.
Not Quite Dead Yet – Holly Jackson
The A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder trilogy is one I really loved and I’m excited that Holly Jackson is giving us her adult debut. After being attacked, our main character is told the doctor expects an aneurysm to kill her in seven days. Before that happens she wants to solve her own murder. Not Quite Dead Yet sounds like it’s going to be an intense read.
Anywhere You Go – Bridget Morrissey
That Summer Feeling became a favorite of mine after I read it, and I’ve been waiting for Bridget’s next book. Anywhere You Go is pitched as a queer take on The Holiday meets The Switch. I love when characters switch places to take a break from their lives. I have a feeling this is going to get very complicated.
Ruins – Amy Taylor
A couple is struggling and goes to Greece to house-sit for a friend. From what I understand, they add an extra person to their relationship for the summer. I have a feeling there is going to be a lot of drama and maybe some secrets revealed?
Good Spirits – B.K. Borison
It’s never too early for a holiday romance if you ask me, haha. Good Spirits has Ghost of Christmas Past as a main character. While he normally gets in and out, meeting Harriet makes him wish for a future. I don’t think I’ve ever read a story like that. I’ve enjoyed books by B.K. Borison, so I’m very excited about this one.
So here are a few of the eARCs I’m hoping to get my hands on! Are you excited about any of these releases? Or do you have any pending requests you wish you would hear about soon? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you!
