We have a lot of eARC’s and we want to promote them a little bit more. So we decided to do some more Bookish Beginnings On Friday. This month I’m slowly starting to read my January 2026 eARCs. Today I’ll be taking a look at the beginning of Fundamentals of Being a Good Girl. I loved when this author duo wrote holiday romances, so let’s take a look at their next release.
One of my favorite things about fantasy books is reading about different kinds of magic systems. Silvercloak caught my eye because magic is fueled by pleasure and pain! I’ve never read a book like that before, so I sat down and read this one. Keep on reading to find out what the book is about and my thoughts!
A big thank you to Netgalley and Del Rey for my eARC to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way.
It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
November is over and what did we read? Did we have a good month? Find any new favorites? Keep on reading this November wrap up to find out!
Another month is over, so it’s time to take a look at our newest bookhaul! What books were added to our shelves in November? Keep on reading for our November bookhaul.
We only have a couple more Down the TBR Hole posts this year and I’m happy to say I still haven’t added any new books to my want to read shelf. We are starting at the same number we ended the last post with.
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!
If you’ve read any of my recent posts you know I’m all about audiobooks at the moment! So I thought it would be fun to share which audiobooks I still have on my TBR!

It’s time for my December TBR! I can’t believe that it’s the final month of the year. My December TBR isn’t going to be very big, because I want to finish up some of the books I’ve started and just haven’t finished. My month will also probably filled with a lot of holiday reads, but let’s take a look!
While I have been rereading more and more in the past couple of years, this year seems to take the cake! I recently talked about rereading with a coworker and he was so surprised that was even a thing. This prompted me to count how many books I reread this year…. Turns out it is over half of all the books I read in 2025 haha. I reread 36 books so far, so let’s take a look at the ones I reread this year!

For some reason it’s already time to talk about our most anticipated December releases! How are we at the final month of 2025? This year has really gone by so quickly. December tends to be a quieter month for book releases, but let’s take a look at what books we’re excited about.
