Lately I’ve been watching a lot of old(er) crime shows and I’m enjoying them a lot! It’s nice to binge a show, especially one where you don’t have to pay that much attention. I also love seeing well known actors playing a suspect or a victim. It’s a lot of fun seeing them before they played a role I know them from, it might even be my favorite thing about these shows haha!

Castle

A fun show with some great cases! I also really enjoy the characters, but it’s sad knowing the 2 main characters couldn’t stand them in real life. Knowing they wanted to do another season without Beckett blows my mind!

Body of Proof

I’m currently watching Body of Proof and that is what prompted this post to be honest. There have been a ton of suspects I was suspicious of because they became more well known actors after this show haha. The cases aren’t mind blowing, but I saw the titles of some later episodes and I have good hopes for those.

Rizzoli & Isles

I watched all of Rizzoli & Isles and this might be my favorite so far! The cases are fun, and the characters are amazing. I adore the dynamic between all of the characters and I wish we would’ve gotten more seasons. If there is a show like this, I would love to hear about it! I’ve been chasing this feeling ever since watching it.

Bosch

This is a completely different show than the other ones! There isn’t one case per episode, but a couple of season long cases. I love how some of it is connected, and how it all shows that most cases don’t get solved right away or are the sole focus of a team. Luckily I still have quite some episodes to watch before I get to the end ;).
