It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

What did you recently finish reading?

Unearthly – Cynthia Hand

Unearthly has been on my shelves for almost 9 years and I finally picked it up. I was happy I did, because I had a great time. The 2010s YA fantasy vibes were really there and I haven’t read many books with angels. I’ll be reading the sequel soon.

Merry Christmas, You Filthy Animal – Meghan Quinn

I’m in a Christmas romance mood and Meghan Quinn is one of my favorite authors. I had a great time The romance between Max and Betty was fun to read and this author really knows how to write a spicy scene.

What are you currently reading?

Savage Blooms – S.T. Gibson

Savage Blooms is an erotic romantasy and the first few chapters give us a glimpse of that! I will say that the characters are very intriguing and I have no clue where this story will go. The multiple POVs work really well for this story and I have a feeling that I’m going to want the sequel as soon as I’m done reading.

Definitely Maybe Not a Detective – Sarah Fox

I have an eARC of Definitely Maybe Not a Detective and it’s a rom-com mystery. At the moment I’m about 25% into the story and I’m enjoying myself so far. The characters are interesting and I’m having fun trying to solve the murder with them.

What do you think you’ll read next?

My Blade, Your Back – K.M.Moronova

After the ending of Your Knife, My Heart I’ve been waiting for the sequel to release. I need to know what happens to Emery and Cameron. The first book was a wild ride and I expect the second book of this dark romance duology to be no different.

Reign – Katharine McGee

The American Royals series has been fun to read and the drama is something that keeps you reading. One of our main characters had a cliffhanger ending and I’m scared to see what happens. It’ll be sad to finish this series though.
