New year, new tags! I thought it would be fitting to do an actual January tag and found one that was created last year. A lot of people feel down during the dark weeks of January, and I imagine with our current lockdown this might even be the case more so than usual. Book Break created this tag to try and cheer you up a bit, so let’s talk about books! Continue reading “Tag | Beat the Blues: January Book Tag”
Unboxing | Christmas Gift Boxes 2020
We love making little book boxes for each other and normally do that twice a year. Once for our birthdays (which are just a day apart) and the other we do for Christmas. This year was a different year, but we still wanted to have fun. So we decided to do Christmas Gift Boxes again this year. If you want to see what we got for each other, keep on reading!
Can’t Wait Wednesday | Blessed Monsters – Emily A. Duncan
We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.
Can’t-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. Continue reading “Can’t Wait Wednesday | Blessed Monsters – Emily A. Duncan”

A big thanks to the publisher for providing me with an e-arc to read and review.
Show Sunday | Favorite 2020 TV Shows Part 2
You all know I watch and love a ton of series so this was actually the hardest list to make out of all we did this past week. I thought long about my criteria and the best way to compile this list. The show had to have a season in 2020 and I had to have watched at least that season. So shows I’m not up to date with aren’t counting for this one. I also decided to not count shows I already featured in last years list with a season that was airing both in 2019 and 2020. So if the season ran from October through March and I listed it last year, I’m not adding it to this list. This was probably my longest introduction yet, so let’s just jump in!
