Times Like These, Watch Me Unravel and Such Great Heights have been amazing books in the Blue is the Color series. Since the beginning, I’ve really wanted Ian’s story and we are now getting this in Under the Bridge. I’m sad this series is coming to an end, but I couldn’t wait to read it!

S.J. Sylvis is an author that has written a few books so far and I’ve really enjoyed her stories (Three Summers, Yours Truly, Cammie, Chasing Ivy & Falling for Fallon). Today is the release of her newest book, Truth. Instead of the romcoms she’s given to us before, this one is a bit more angsty and darker. Serpent & Dove has been a highly anticipated release for a ton of people! I’ve seen so many raving reviews before the publication date and I couldn’t wait to read it. Storytel had the audiobook so I was able to listen to it pretty soon after it was released. Both of these authors have already written some fun books and I was excited to see them working together. Squad Goals: Hot by Halloween is the first book in this series. I adored City of Ghosts by Victoria Schwab last year, so naturally I was looking forward to Tunnel of Bones a lot! And when I saw the audiobook on Storytel on the release date I knew I had to listen to it right away! I set my audiobook to double time so I absolutely flew through the story and was done before I knew it. The title for book 3 is already revealed and I can’t wait. These Witches Don’t Burn is a book that I’ve been looking forward to since I read about it releasing. Seeing how this book is about witches and takes place in Salem, MA I was going to save it until Halloween. I couldn’t resist picking it up earlier though, so today I’m going to tell you what I thought about this book!

Shelfbrooke Academy has been a fun series so far and I’ve read a few of them so far (Twelfth Knight, Tessa and Sway). All of them can be read as standalones. Love Lessons is the fifth book and a modern day retelling of the classic Shakespeare play Love’s Labour’s Lost. I’ve never read that, but this book sounded like something for me!

We both really enjoy middle grade books lately and after discovering Nevermoor, we were really happy to get our hands on the sequel.
