Blog Tour| Cub – Cynthia L. Copeland

In all honesty, Cub wasn’t on my radar. Not until the publisher contacted me to see if I wanted to be a part of the blog tour. This middle grade graphic memoir sounded really interesting, so I couldn’t say no. Cub is out in the world tomorrow, but today I wanted to talk about what I thought!

A big thanks to Algonquin Young Readers for providing me with a Netgalley widget to read and review!

Fire & Bone is such a good book and I’ve been waiting for more in this series. The author recently gave us a short story/prequel, Spark and Sorrow, and it did not disappoint. Today I want to tell you about this short story! A big thanks to the author for providing me with an ARC to read and review.

Blog Tour| The Boyfriend Blog – K.L.Grayson

As a blogger, I always love when books I read have characters who either blog or love to read. That’s why The Boyfriend Blog caught my attention right away. On top of a character with a blog, the story sounded really cute. What did I think of this story? Keep reading to find out!

Blog Tour| Beard Necessities – Penny Reid

After the heartbreaking story in Beard With Me, I couldn’t wait for the next book in this series to see how their story would play out. Part of me was kind of afraid to read this one after how Beard With Me went, but I’m happy I picked it up!

A big thanks to the author and Social Butterfly PR for providing me with an ARC to read and review.

If you’ve been following the blog, you know I’m a big fan of Taylor Danae Colbert’s books. I’ve loved them all (It Goes Without Saying, Bumps Along the Way, Off the Record and Rowan Revived). Review Blast| Someday, Someday – Emma Scott

Someday, Someday released last Sunday. I was supposed to have my review up then, but a busy few days got in the way. Life happens and that’s okay, but I couldn’t wait to share my thoughts about this book. Someday, Someday is such an emotional story and I’m amazed by how the author created emotions like this. Keep on reading for my full review!

A big thanks to the author and Social Butterfly PR for an ARC to read and review. I do need to add that this book deals with a lot of heavy issues (Abuse, Homophobia, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Implied Suicide, Torture, Prostitution) and can be hard to read!

Review| Gypsy King – Devney Perry

Devney Perry has written quite a few books, but she’s still a new to me author. I really enjoyed The Birthday List and Letters to Molly. Both of these were very emotional reads, but beautiful! Her newest release, Gypsy King, is a bit more out of my comfort zone, but I was very curious! Let’s talk about what I thought about the first book in the Tin Gypsy series.

A big thanks to the author for providing me with an ARC to read and review!
