Besides books, TV shows are another thing I can’t get enough of. I really need an extra day a week just to keep up with my reading and show, haha. We’re slowly heading to the end of the summer which means that networks have announced what shows will be airing in the Fall. So I decided it was time to make a list of my anticipated Fall 2019 shows.
Hopefully I don’t find too many, because a lot of the ones I love are returing this fall. So let’s take a look!
After years of waiting last week it was finally time! Season 4 of Veronica Mars. Veronica Mars has always been one of my top favorites shows of all time. So you can imagine my excitement over this new season years and years later. I had been watching the trailer over and over and this week I was finally able to watch all 8 new episodes. If you’ve follwed the blog for awhile, you know Isabelle and I are addicted to TV shows as well as books. I watch way too many shows, but recently Netflix added all seasons of Glee and I couldn’t resist watching it all over again. After watching the first four episodes again, I just had to talk about it!
For today’s Show Sunday I want to talk about an anime! I don’t think I have talked about an anime before and I don’t watch that many either. But this week I came across the new Fruits Basket anime and I’ve had the manga on my wishlist for a while. Tonight is THE night! After we invested years into Game of Thrones we will know how it all ends. I first read all the books and I think I got into the tv show between season 3 and 4. Since then I’ve been a big fan and I’m both excited for the finale and really sad it will all end tonight! While the finale airs tonight in the US, I will be watching it Monday morning because I’m in the Netherlands. But you can bet its the first thing I will do once I wake up! This week the pilot of Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists aired and I obviously had to watch it! I used to watch the original Pretty Little Liars every week faithfully and was torn about it being concluded. It was great to finally have everything solved (apart from allll the plotholes) but I also missed watching these characters and intrigues.
