With just two more weeks more to go before the new season, I decided to talk about one of my favorite shows ever today. And of course that is Veronica Mars. I have started a rewatch and am currently watching the third season. Right before the fourth season (finally) airs, I’ll watch the movie and then every thing will be fresh in my mind! For now, lets talk about the best show ever.

After her best friend is murdered, and her father is removed as county Sheriff, Veronica Mars dedicates her life to cracking the toughest mysteries in the affluent town of Neptune.

This one sentence does tell what the first season is about but it doesn’t really tell you how awesome this show is! We follow Veronica Mars, the daughter of a private investigator. And since the helps her father with some of her cases she has got some skills! So she starts helping people at school with their problems.

The first two seasons take place during high school. And in the third season we see Veronica at University. The show got cancelled after that but with a kickstarter campaign we got a movie! This movie takes place after university so is set a couple years later. And in two weeks we’ll get the fourth season! That season will take place a little after the movie.

As you can imagine, I’m so so excited for this new season. It will be 8 episodes and I’m hoping there will be more seasons after that. Kristen Bell has said she would be willing to do more so let’s hope this is a success!!

I’m currently at the middle of season 3, just 10 more episodes and the movie to go! It had been quite a while since I last saw this show. So while I did remember the important plot points, there were some mysteries I forgot about. And it was so much fun seeing all of that again. Also, the fashion!! I laughed about so many outfits and hairdo’s. So funny to see what we used to wear and I kept on wondering what we were thinking haha.

But this show isn’t just fun, it also has some really intense and important moments and issues it tackles. The shows deals with rape multiple times so trigger warning for that for sure! But I do think they do it in a really good way.

The characters in this show are AMAZING and I love the romance. One of my favorite ships ever, with the best ship name in existence (LoVe, I mean how can you beat that?). Veronica is a complex main character and I love her depth. She is such a role model for young girls. When going into this show you might not like some of the characters, but I love the development they go through <3.
