Earlier this year I read Vanishing Summer and was amazed by this story. So needless to say, I was so excited when I found out the sequel had arrived. Nina Walker is an author I’ve heard about quite a bit, but hadn’t gotten around to any of her books yet. I own one of her books, Prism, but haven’t read it yet. Not too long ago, I heard about her newest book Crown of Dragons. It sounded so good! I knew I needed to give it a go. A big thanks to the author for providing me with an ARC to read and review.

Truly Devious is a book that’s been on my radar for quite awhile. I kept hearing that I will want the next book, so I kept putting it off. This month Truly Devious is a group read in the TBR & Beyond group.

Roar was released in June ’17 and I read it pretty shortly after that. I can remember, because there are little teeth marks in my cover (I had two tiny kittens running around back then, haha). All of the fans have been waiting for a sequel and after the author had some health issues, we’re finally getting the next one.
With Rage releasing soon, this was a perfect time to re-read Roar. It’s been so long, I needed a refresher! Let’s see what I thought the second time around.
Jennifer L. Armentrout is one of my favorite authors and I’ve read almost all of her books. About five years ago I read The Dark Elements, but only had them as e-books. I personally didn’t like the covers at all! This year they all got a cover change before the first book in the spin-off series was released.
I knew I needed these covers and felt that a reread was a good start before diving into the spin-off. White Hot Kiss is the first book in this trilogy and today I want to tell you what I thought about this book!

We saw that Faerieathon was being organized and were very curious. We’ve both wanted to read The Cruel Prince, so why not start from the beginning with the readathon? On top of that the new and improved The Modern Faerie Tales was released and it’s so pretty. So far Tithe is the only one we’ve gotten around to, so today we want to share our thoughts about this book!
Wilder Girls is never a book I expected to pick up. The cover definitely interested me from the start, but I normally don’t do horror at all! Right before it released I started reading a lot of positive reviews and people saying how amazing this book was. I couldn’t resist giving it a try and decided to order it. Today it’s time to tell you what I thought about this horror story!
