Review| This Used to Be Us – Renee Carlino
I’m a big fan of romantic comedies, but I can also appreciate a book that hits me in all the feels and has a couple that’s really working on their relationship. This Used to Be Us is about a couple who is divorcing after being married for over twenty years. I was really intrigued and I’m glad I picked up This Used to Be Us. Today I want to tell you about this book and what I thought.
A big thank you to Netgalley and Dial Press Trade Paperback for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way!

Do you ever pick up a book that’s a few years old and think, I should’ve read this sooner? I had this with This Vicious Grace. This book released in 2022, and I even have an eARC of it, but I finally sat down to read it. So today I want to tell you about this book and what I thought!

WWW Wednesday #70
It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
TTT #358 | Books on My Fall TBR Part 2
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Books on My Fall TBR. Candyce already did a part 1 for this topic last week and today it’s my turn. I usually don’t make TBR’s but I actually did do one for fall about 2 weeks ago haha. There were only a couple of books on there so let’s see if I can do 10 books to do I would like to read the coming weeks. Let’s jump in! Continue reading “TTT #358 | Books on My Fall TBR Part 2”
5 On My TBR| Hello Autumn
As we’ve mentioned before, one of our most important reading goals of is shrinking our physical TBR’s. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books we still have or what subjects to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is Hello Autumn! We’re definitely heading into my favorite time of year. For me autumn reads tend to be fantasy books and mysteries/thrillers. So here are five “autumn” reads I have on my TBR.
