5 On My TBR| 2024 TBR Tittles You Didn’t Get To

As we’ve mentioned before, one of our most important reading goals of is shrinking our physical TBR’s. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books we still have or what subjects to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.

This week’s topic is 2024 TBR Tittles You Didn’t Get To. I have to say there are quite a few I expected to read but haven’t yet. There will be a second post about this next month as well. To start off today I’ll talk about five I didn’t get to!

Somewhere Beyond the Sea – TJ Klune

The House in the Cerulean Sea is one of my favorite books that I still think about frequently. I was so excited when TJ Klune announced this sequel. We get Arthur’s story this time around. This is one I do want to prioritize early on in the year. I think part of me has been saving this one, but I just need to sit down the books that sound amazing to me.

The Ex Vows – Jessica Joyce

After loving Jessica’s debut, You, with a View, I was anxiously awaiting her next release. The Ex Vows released in July and really sounded like the perfect summer read. This second chance romance is one I expect to love. I received The Ex Vows for Christmas, so I have no more excuses to put it off anymore.

Rewitched – Lucy Jane Wood

At first Rewitched was a cover buy. I mean, look at this cozy and colorful cover! I would curl up and read my book like that. Books with witches are something that always catch my eye and Rewitched seems like it’ll be a cozy read.

Daydream – Hannah Grace

I loved the first two books in the Maple Hills series, and Daydream was one of my anticipated releases of 2024. The fact that our FMC has her own book club is something that had me wanting to read this one even more. Since its release, Daydream has received some amazing reviews. I’m excited to read this one really soon.

Not in Love – Ali Hazelwood

I’ve read all of Ali Hazelwood’s books pretty quickly after they released. For some reason, I haven’t picked up Not in Love yet. Maybe because this one has had some mixed reviews. That won’t stop me though. I’ve loved all of Ali’s books so far, so I will get to this one at the beginning of the year.

So here are five 2024 releases I didn’t get to, but want to read soon. Have you read any of these? What did you think? Or do you have any 2024 releases you’re surprised you haven’t read yet? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you!
