This week’s topic is Books I Disliked/Hated But Am Really Glad I Read and this is honestly IMPOSSIBLE for me haha. I don’t read that many books that I don’t like and I think there are hardly any that I’m still glad I read. Soooo what will we be doing today? I wanted to just start the list and say how far we would come but I only found 2 books…. Not so great… I decided to completely turn this around and go for 10 books I think I will rate 5 stars. As you all know, if you’ve been following us for awhile anyways, I love contemporaries! Especially around this time of year. In 2016 I read Jenna Evans Welch’s book Love & Gelato. When I read that she was releasing a new book called Love & Luck, it was something I needed to get my hands on. Once again, I was lucky enough to be able to participate in the blog tour! Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story, and I found it over at Howling Libraries. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!
Three Summers is S.J. Silvis’ debut book. I don’t remember how I stumbled upon her on Instagram, but I did. Not too long ago she was asking for bloggers to sign up for her book, Three Summers. The sypnosis sounded amazing, so it didn’t take long for me to decide to sign up. Her book didn’t disappoint! I can’t wait to read more by this author.
Last weekend my boyfriend’s work planned a trip to London. When I heard about that, of course I wanted to go. This weekend wasn’t my first trip to London, but last time we didn’t have much time to really look around or do a bit of shopping. I made up for it this time.
