Not too long ago, I saw in a Facebook group that Michelle Kenney was looking for reviewers for the first two books in a trilogy she wrote. Book of Fire sounded really interesting and like something I would enjoy. Today I have my review for the first book in this series, keep an eye on the blog for my review of City of Dust, the second book in the trilogy!

Unboxing| Birthday Books
If you’ve been following the blog, you know that we give each other birthday and Christmas boxes. Last Christmas we realized it’s harder thinking of fun goodies to add to these boxes, so for our birthdays this year, we kept the same budget, but decided to only buy books for each other. So today we have the unboxing of our birthday books!

Review| Now That I Found You – Brooke O’Brien
Last month I read and reviewed Until I Found You and fell in love with those characters. Now That I Found You was released this week (yesterday in fact) and I got to read and review this one as well! Review | The Archies and Other Stories – Matthew Rosenberg
One of the books Candyce gifted me for my birthday was the bind-up comic The Archies and Other Stories. I had seen this one at Barnes & Nobles about a year ago or so and was immediately intrigued. The cover art and colors grabbed my attention and I’m a fan of all things Riverdale so I had to have this one. I’m so grateful Candyce decided to gift me this one! And obviously I had to read it right away haha. So let’s get into my thoughts. Continue reading “Review | The Archies and Other Stories – Matthew Rosenberg”
Review| Where I Found You – Brooke O’Brien
Today is the release day for Now That I Found You. That’s a novella in the Heart’s Compass series. The author recommends reading Where I Found You before the novella, so I thought I would post my review of this before my review for the novella comes online tomorrow!
WARNING: This book is intense and discusses sexual assault and kidnapping. I know that can be hard to read!
