5 On My TBR | Roadtrip

We already try keeping track of our TBR in different ways, but it’s also fun to look at them in themes. That’s one of the reasons why the bookish meme 5 On My TBR is so much fun. This bookish meme is hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. And this week’s prompt is Roadtrip. I love books with roadtrips so this is a good prompt to see what I have on my TBR. Let’s take a look! Continue reading “5 On My TBR | Roadtrip”

Blog Tour| A Circle of Crows – Kelsey Kingsley

Kelsey Kingsley has become one of my favorite authors. She really knows how to make you love her characters and sucks you into her stories. I don’t think there’s ever been a book she’s written that didn’t hit me in all the feels one way or another. Her newest book, A Circle of Crows, is something different than she’s written before. What did I think? Keep on reading to find out what I thought and more about the book.

Show Sunday | Spanish* Shows On My To Watch List

Yesterday I watched In The Heights and I LOVED it! While the majority of the movie is in English, it is about the Latinx population in the US and we also hear a lot of Spanish. Combine this with watching Elite (and the short stories) last week and it reminded me of all the Spanish shows I wanted to see. I say Spanish shows, but I mean Spanish speaking shows, so they could also be Mexican for example. Let’s jump in! Continue reading “Show Sunday | Spanish* Shows On My To Watch List”

Can’t Wait Wednesday| The Witch Haven – Sasha Peyton Smith

We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.

Can’t-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breakingthe Spine.
