We already try keeping track of our TBR in different ways, but it’s also fun to look at them in themes. That’s one of the reasons why the bookish meme 5 On My TBR is so much fun. This bookish meme is hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. And this week’s prompt is Roadtrip. I love books with roadtrips so this is a good prompt to see what I have on my TBR. Let’s take a look!

Just One Day – Gayle Forman

I didn’t even remember that I owned this book, oops. But it came up really high on road trip book lists haha. I don’t think I’ll be reading this any time soon to be honest. This might end up being unhauled at some point.

The Hobbit – J.R.R. Tolkien

I really want to read this! Can’t believe I still haven’t read it haha. I did watch all o the movies and I think I will love this book. After this I would also love to read The Lord of the Rings but I think this is an easier book to start with.

NOS4A2 – Joe Hill

This one sounds pretty scary for someone who scares easily haha. But maybe on a nice summer day this will make for a compelling read ;). I also want to read more by Joe Hill and I just have to start somewhere.

The Song of Achilles – Madeline Miller

I love historical fiction and this one is raved about so much!! Everyone seems to love it to pieces I think this will be one that could make it to my favorites list. I just wish it had a prettier cover haha.

Furthermore – Tahereh Mafi

This is one I’m not too sure about. I did actually start reading it a while ago but it really didn’t grab me. The cover of this one and the companion novel are gorgeous but I don’t think the writing is for me. I will give it another try though!
