Bookish Item | My Audible Wishlist

A little while ago a wrote a post about Audible and if it was worth it for me. I haven’t canceled my subscription yet so I got a new credit this week. There are a couple of books on my wishlist and I need your help to figure out which one I will use my credit on! Let’s jump in.

The City of Brass – S.A. Chakraborty

I’ve been wanting to read this trilogy for years now! And I love listening to audiobooks for long & big books. It really makes it easier to get through them. The sample sounded good so I can definitely see this as a serious contender!

Skyward – Brandon Sanderson

This would be a great way to cross another Brandon Sanderson off my list haha. I had planned on reading a ton last year and that didn’t really happen but I’m (very) slowly making my way through my Brandon Sanderson TBR.

Bloodwitch – Susan Dennard

I still haven’t read Bloodwitch but the sequel same out recently. This one needs to be read asap because I’ve heard nothing but good things about it! I loved the first two books in this series and I can’t wait to continue.

Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race – Reni Eddo-Lodge

This is a very important non-fiction book I really want to read. It’s so important to center Black voices when reading about these issues and I think this will be a very good book. I have been hearing great things and while it will make me uncomfortable I think that is exactly the point.

These Violent Delights – Chloe Gong

I already read part of this book but I think it might work better for me as an audiobook. The part I did read was very enjoyable and I still would love to continue reading this book. Sometimes you just need a different format!

Scythe – Neal Shusterman

This one has been on my TBR for a while now and I think it would be great to pick up as an audiobook. I have heard so many amazing things about this book (and the rest of the series).

Call Down the Hawk – Maggie Stiefvater

The Raven Cycle series is one of my favorite series and I had been looking forward to the spin-off so much! Ronan is one of my favourite character and I’m sure I will love this book so much. Hopefully picking up the audiobook is the push I need.

Project Hail Mary – Andy Weir

I adored The Martian so much and I would love to read another Andy Weir book. While the reviews for Artemis weren’t great, this one does get good reviews. It also sounds like something I would really enjoy!

The Midnight Library – Matt Haig

I don’t think I need to explain this one, everyone seems to ADORE this book so of course I have to read it. Matt Haig always has interesting concepts but I have yet to pick up any of those books!

Keeper of the Lost Cities – Shannon Messenger

This series sounds like a lot of fun and I’ve heard amazing things! I really want to read it and an audiobook would help a lot haha. Just need a little push to get to it ;).

Hollowpox – Jessica Townsend

I adore the Nevermoor series and I still need to read Hollowpox. Once again, having the audiobook is sometimes easier to get through. I’m sure this will be a very fast one, once I pick it up. This series is just the best!

So these books are on my Audible wishlist! Which one should I pick? Let me know in the comments. I would love to get recommendations as well <3.
