December tends to be our biggest bookhauls, so it’ll be interesting to see if that’s the case again in 2023! We can’t believe this is our final bookhaul of the year. It’s been a great bookish year and hopefully 2024 is the same! Keep on reading for our December bookhaul.

Today’s Down the TBR Hole is the final one of 2024. My first post of 2023 started with 899 books on my want-to-read shelf on Goodreads. Before writing this final post, I’m at 780 books. So I’ve definitely put a dent into this list. Hopefully I can decrease it even more next year. I’m nearing the end of my first round, so next year I’ll probably start over and see where I stand with some of these books.
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!
I officially moved into my new house in November and a lot of my house is absolutely perfect and exactly the way I want it to be. Except one thing haha. My bookshelves! Today it’s time for my first TBR of 2024! In a few days it’ll be January, so I want to talk about the books I’m hoping to read. If you’re not new here, you know I don’t always complete my TBRs. And while my goal is to read 52 books in 2024 and 24 books is almost half of that goal, I still want to think about the 24 book I really want to read in 2024 as well!
