One of the first buddyreviews we did on this channel was for One Dark Throne, the sequel to Three Dark Crowns. We both love this series so it’s no surprise we were looking forward to the third book in the series, Two Dark Reigns ever since. Unfortunately we had some problems with our preorders so it took a while before we got to it. But now we’ve both read this wonderful YA fantasy and want to tell you all about it today! There will be some minor spoilers for the first two books, simply because we wouldn’t be able to say anything about it otherwise. Earlier this summer I read and reviewed The Art of Taking Chances. Kelsie Stelting put together this anthology and wrote a story for it as well. I loved reading this book and when she asked me if I wanted to read and review her new book, Becoming Skye. It sounded really good, so I got my copy. Earlier this year I reviewed the book Stage Kiss by M.F. Lorson and loved it! Now she is back with something completely new, The Exchange! A time travel book with a little bit of romance. When I first heard of Dare You to Lie, I was really excited! This book is described as Veronica Mars meets Riverdale. To be honest, I have never watched Veronica Mars, but I love Riverdale!
