Today is the release of Courtside Crush, by one of my favorite authors, Kayla Tirrell. I’ve loved all of her books so far, so when she sent me an ARC of this one, I was very excited.
Courtside Crush is modern-day retelling of Romeo and Juliet, so I was excited to see how she gave this one a twist. Let’s talk about what I thought of this book!
It’s not often that I come across books where the author has the same name as me, haha. When that happened and I liked the sypnopsis of the book, I knew I had to read Bacon Pie! Definitely an unique title. The authors were kind enough to send me an e-copy of Bacon Pie. Today you can read my thoughts on this book!

Jay Kristoff is an author I hear a lot about online in the bookish community. So far, I have only read The Illuminae Files that he wrote together with Amie Kaufman. His book Lifel1k3 has been something I want to read for quite awhile, so when I had the chance to buddyread it with a few people, I signed up!
In December and January, TBR & Beyond did a group read of The Star-Touched Queen & A Crown of Wishes. After reading Aru Shah, I was really interested in the author’s other work. Because I read both books pretty close together in time, I decided to do a mini review for each book and post them together!
