As you all know (if you’ve been following the blog for a while), I love making TBRs, but I’m not good at sticking to them. When I make a TBR I am really excited about all of the books on my list. My mood just tends to take me other places. Let’s see what I put on my November TBR. Keep on reading to take a look.
Hobby Hub | My First Junk Journal Pages
I went to Paris with my mom this past Tuesday and Wednesday, it was wonderful and also the perfect opportunity to finally start my junk (or creative) journal. Last week I shared hobbies I have gotten a ton of supplies for and this was one of them. So I’m really happy to say that I have finally started. And I am pretty happy with how they turned out. Let’s take a look! Continue reading “Hobby Hub | My First Junk Journal Pages”

TTT #363| Thrillers I Want to Read Soon
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is a Halloween freebie, so I’m going to talk about the thrillers I want to read soon. I associate those with spooky season and the dark and rainy days we get this time of year. So let’s take a look!
5 On My TBR | Halloween
As we’ve mentioned before, one of our most important reading goals of is shrinking our physical TBR’s. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books we still have or what subjects to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is a Halloween freebie, so I decided to pick 5 books on my shelves that have a Halloween vibe. That vibe can be based on a couple of things so let’s jump in and see which books on my shelves I think give off Halloween vibes! Continue reading “5 On My TBR | Halloween”

Show Sunday | The Perfect Couple
Thursday I had a wine and pizza sleepover with one of my favorite coworkers. I had schoolcamp with my class the days before and was invited over at her place on Thursday for a much needed girls night. Of course we had to watch something while enjoying our wine, and after looking through Netflix a couple of times we decided to go with the first episode of The Perfect Couple. And of course I had to go and watch the whole show this weekend because I needed to know who did it. Let’s talk about this show! Continue reading “Show Sunday | The Perfect Couple”
Review| Odd Spirits – S.T. Gibson
Novellas in series can be hit or miss for me, but after reading Evocation, I was really curious about Odd Spirits. This short story actually released in 2018 for the first time when S.T. Gibson and it was self-published. Earlier this month a new, rewritten edition was published by Angry Robot. Today I want to tell you about this story and what I thought!
A big thank you to Netgalley and Angry Robot for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way.
Fangirl Friday | Current Hobbies I Gotten Supplies For
One of my ADHD traits is that I buy so many supplies for hobbies that I then hardly use. I’m always super excited about starting with a new (creative) hobby and usually get a ton of supplies haha. Today I want to share some of those hobbies with you all!
