Today is International Women’s Day! So I decided to browse Goodreads for some books to read for Women’s Day and I came across a list of non-fiction books about women, for women, by women. And I thought it would be fun to share some of the books I would love to read, even though I’m not a big non-fiction reader I do like to pick some up every now and then. Bookish Item | March 2025 Witchy Book Blast
March 1st was the Witchy Book Blast, an ‘event’ wherein authors make their books free for a day on Kindle, much like Stuff Your Kindle Day. And like I said, that day was March 1st. I got an email from one of the participating authors and a link to Witchy Bookworms. While this event is over now, I did want to share which books I snagged. They are all cozy, witchy mysteries and I’m excited to read them at some point. Let’s take a look! Continue reading “Bookish Item | March 2025 Witchy Book Blast”
Can’t Wait Wednesday | We Are All Guilty Here – Karin Slaughter
We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.
Can’t Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. Continue reading “Can’t Wait Wednesday | We Are All Guilty Here – Karin Slaughter”
TTT #381| Things Characters Have Said/Favorite Quotes
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is things characters have said. I’ve decided to do this one to share some quotes I’ve loved. I’m really bad at tracking my favorites, so this may be a good post to do. Let’s take a look!

Bookish Item | My Audible TBR
I was trying to decide what my next audiobook should be, and I didn’t immediately had an answer. So I decided to look at all the books I already owned through Audible, and not the ones I might want to get with my credits. I ended up finally listening to Ninth House and really enjoying it. So for my next audiobook I picked another one from my Audible TBR. And that let me to writing this post! So let’s jump in haha. Continue reading “Bookish Item | My Audible TBR”
