We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

The past two weeks haven’t been very exciting. I worked and it was really busy, so that’s about all that happened. I do have the next two weeks off, so I’ll have more to report. Last weekend we did go to see friends and play some board games. It was nice and relaxing. Always a good time!

I’ve added three new eARCs to my Kindle since my last Royal Update: Murder Between Friends, Heart Strings, and Lore of the Tides.

Since my last Royal Update I’ve read: The Mercenary & the Mortician, Home Field Advantage, The Dangers in my Heart Vol. 1, Toradora! Vol. 1, Fireworks, Felix Ever After, Heartbreak Hill, Cruel King, Steel Princess, Booked on a Feeling, Frightmares, Chilling Effect, The Dixon Rule, and The Matchbreaker Summer.

I’m currently reading: A Torch Against the Night, Lights Out, Hopeless, and Puck Shy.

Next I’m hoping to read: Nocticadia, Twisted Kingdom, Black Knight, and A Photo Finish.

We’re still binge watching ER, and just finished season 5 as I’m typing this. I’ve been loving it, but I have been neglecting other shows I watch, haha.

I’ve been listening to this Kelly Clarkson playlist this past week when I wasn’t listening to audiobooks. I couldn’t choose just one album, so I decided to go for this mix.
