I’ve read a few books by Brigid Kemmerer that I’ve really enjoyed, so when I saw Warrior Princess Assassin, I knew I needed to read it. This is her adult fantasy romance debut and it was quite the ride! Today I want to tell you all about the book and what I thought.

Since my last Down the TBR Hole, I managed to read one of the books that happened to be on my want to read shelf. It’s progress and I’ll take it!
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!

May is just about over and in two days it’ll be June. That means it’s time to take a look at some of the books I’m hoping to read this month. As you know, I’m terrible at sticking to a TBR, but I still love making them. At the moment, these are the books that are catching my eye. Let’s take a look at my June TBR.

At the beginning of the year I said that I wanted to read more fantasy again and I’m doing good with that goal. Faebound was one of the 2024 fantasy releases I was really excited about and I finally finished reading it (I get way too distracted by books, haha). I’ve only read The Roommate by Rosie Danan and I definitely enjoyed myself. When I read about Do Your Worst, I was really excited. I loved the idea of an archeologist and curse breaker being forced to work together. I’ve finally read this one and want to talk about what I thought! So keep on reading to find out more.
