It’s hard to believe we have a little over two months left in 2023! I’ve said it many times this year, but time really is flying by. Last November I participated in Netgalley November and I want to do the same this year. One of my reading goals is to increase my feedback ratio and I haven’t done great the last two months.
So today I want to talk about some of my Netgalley eARCs I’m determined to read next month. Keep on reading to see what my plans are!
My most recent addition to my TBR is Assistant to the Villain, a book I’ve heard many great things about. I think it sounds hilarious and I really hope that is the case. So I figured I would take a look at the start of the book and get a sense of the writing style. Let’s jump in!

Besides Netgalley I use Edelweiss for eARCs. I’ve been lucky this year with the eARCs I’ve received on Edelweiss. This year has also been a year of mood reading for me, so I’m a little bit behind. So I decided to take a look at a few of my eARCs I want to get to soon. Either releases that have already hit the shelves or some upcoming books. Let’s take a look!

I love the idea of bookstagram choosing my next 4 reads. I’ve done a few of these posts now (click here for part 1, part 2, part 3, and part 4). The next step is for me to actually do an evaluation post to see how it works out for me. Like I said I’ve loved doing these posts, so I’m back with a part 5. Let’s see what books I get next.

My TBR is still miles long and it remains hard to make a dent in it haha. Part of my TBR consists of books by authors I already know and love. But another part consists of books by authors I haven’t read from yet. Today I wanted to talk about some of those authors I’m excited to read from. Let’s jump in! I’ve said it every month this year, but how is another month almost over? This year is flying by. We’re heading into October which mean spooky season starts. Even if I don’t get too spooky, haha.
I don’t always stick to my monthly TBRs except for book club and buddy reads, but it’s still fun to talk about books I’m hoping to get soon. So let’s take a look at my October TBR.
On of my favorite series is the Inheritance Games series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. I love her writing and really enjoy all the puzzles and mysteries in this series. So when she announced there would be a fourth book in the series you can bet I immediately added it to my shelves. This week I started reading it and today I wanted to share my first thoughts on it. Let’s take a look!

I’ve done some five start prediction posts before, but I decided to do one this month during my reading challenge. If you don’t know, I’ve decided to try and read 30 books in 30 days. I’m mostly mood reading, but there are some books really calling to me.
Here are some more five star predictions I have that I hopefully can talk about at the end of the month. Let’s take a look!

When I was in New York I fell in love with the Haikyu! manga and have been obsessed ever since. But it also reminded me of other manga series I was reading and that I want to get back into. So today I wanted to share a couple of the manga series I’m reading. Let’s jump in!

With September right around the corner, I thought it was time to start talking about my September TBR. I’m working 3 days in September, so I plan on reading a lot. Which is why I decided to do a 30 books in 30 days challenge. I have some buddy reads and book clubs planned that are going to help me along with this challenge.
