It’s been quite a long time since I’ve done any kind of bookish tag, but I recently saw a bookish UNO on anovelaccount’s post on Instagram. I used to love playing this card game as a kid, so I thought it’d be fun to do these prompt on the blog. Let’s take a look!

WWW Wednesday #65
It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
Wrap Up | June 2024
We’re now at the halfway mark for our reading this year, so of course we have to talk about what we read in June! Did we have a good reading month? Did we find any new favorite books? Keep on reading to find out!
TTT #347 | Books with My Favorite Color on the Cover
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Books with My Favorite Color on the Cover. My favorite color is red, and I definitely have some red books on my shelves! Let’s take a look at the beauties I found on my shelves, they’re all books I still need to read. Continue reading “TTT #347 | Books with My Favorite Color on the Cover”

Down the TBR Hole #129
I’m actually really happy and surprised to tell you since my last Down the TBR Hole that I’ve read 7 books that were on my want to read shelf on Goodreads. I don’t think I’ve ever read that many in between Down the TBR Hole posts.
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!
Review | Haikyu; the High School Arc – Haruichi Furudate
I’m so close to finishing my favorite manga ever; Haikyu. Just one and a half volume to go and I really don’t want it to end haha. There are different arcs in this manga, but most of it takes place during Hinata’s high school years. Since I just finished that part, I thought it would be fun to do a review of the high school arc. That does mean there will be some spoilers for the earlier volumes because I need to talk about the spring tournament arc! Let’s jump in! Continue reading “Review | Haikyu; the High School Arc – Haruichi Furudate”
Bookish Item| July TBR
It’s that time of the month again that I talk about the books I’m hoping to read next month. I’ve said this many times before, but I rarely stick to my TBR except when it comes to book clubs/group reads. I love talking about books I’m excited about at the moment, but I still let my mood lead. So let’s talk about my July TBR!
