TTT #33 | Series I Don’t Plan to Finish

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since last January Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday is Series I Have Given Up On or Don’t Plan To Finish. I decided to go for series I don’t plan to finish even though I have a really hard time actually saying I’m not continuing with something. When I started compiling this list, I didn’t expect to actually find 10 series, but I did! I even had to make a selection haha. To hopefully get some discussion going I decided to pick some of the most popular series I don’t plan to finish. Continue reading “TTT #33 | Series I Don’t Plan to Finish”

Buddy Review| People Like Us – Dana Mele

We are both fans of Riverdale and were looking for a book that could compare. People Like Us sounded like the perfect fit. TBR & Beyond, a group we both belong to, was having a group read. That made it seem like the perfect moment to read this book! Today we are here to tell you what we thought of People Like Us.

How I Met My Book #15 | Reign of the Fallen – Sarah Glenn Marsh

Another Sunday, another How I Met My Book! Candyce first came across #howimetmybook on Early Bookish Bird‘s blog and it seemed like a fun meme to do as well. She started #howimetmybook so we’re alternating between #howimetmybook and Down the TBR hole on Sundays. Today I decided to talk about a book I’m currently reading, Reign of the Fallen by Sarah Glenn Marsh. The synopsis sounded really interesting as soon as I heard about it and I’m happy I finally picked it up.

In this post we tell the story behind our books. The following questions will be answered: Where did we get the book? Why did we pick it up? What made us pick it up in the first place?

Meghan Quinn has become an author that I want to read everything from. Dear Life and One Baby Daddy were both so different, but so good. Her next adventure is The Blue Line Duet. The first book The Upside of Falling is out now and I am here today to tell you what I thought of this book!

Review| Moonlight Sins – Jennifer L. Armentrout

Jennifer L. Armentrout is one of my favorite authors and I have read most of her books! I am slowly getting to her older books that were published before I became a fan. Next week, Moonlight Seduction will be released, the second book in the de Vincent trilogy. This made is seem like the perfect time to post the review of the first book, Moonlight Sins, today.

Blog Tour| Mister Tonight – Kendall Ryan

As you all know I am a big fan of Kendall Ryan. To be honest, I’m still shocked about how many books she has already given us this year. I won’t complain though, because I love reading her book. Mister Tonight is her latest release and today I get to share my review for this amazing book. This book gave us everything we’re used to getting from this author: humor, romance, sexy moments and a book that leaves a smile on our faces.

Blog Tour| The Varlet & The Voyeur – Penny Reid & L.H. Cosway

Last week I posted about the release of The Varlet & The Voyeur. Today I get to share my review of this book. The Varlet & The Voyeur is the fourth book in the Rugby series, but can be read as a standalone. I have read books by Penny Reid before, but this was my first read by L.H. Cosway. She didn’t disappoint! After my review, you can find a little excerpt of this book!

TTT #32| Books to Read at the Beach

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since last January Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday is Books to Read at the Beach. When this post comes online, I will be at a cabin near a little beach. Hopefully I will be reading one of the books on this list. Besides books to read at the beach, it’s a little summer TBR. I hope to read at least a few of these this summer.
