Review| Blue Sisters – Coco Mellors

I’ve been wanting to read more literary fiction and Blue Sisters is one I kept seeing everywhere when I made that decision. It took me a little longer than planned, but I finally read this book. Keep on reading to find out more about this book and what I thought.

A big thank you to Netgalley and Ballantine Books for providing me an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way.

WWW Wednesday #98

It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:

  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

TTT #407 | The First 10 Books I Randomly Grabbed from My Shelf

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is The First 10 Books I Randomly Grabbed from My Shelf. A different, but fun topic! With the help of a random generator, I picked 10 numbers corresponding to the unread books on my shelves. Let’s see which 10 books I randomly picked. Bookish Item | Books I’ll Be Reading This Spooky Season

Since tomorrow is Halloween, I was thinking about the books I would love to read this week. This is the spooky season and I love to read books that go with that vibe. As you might know, I’m not reading that much at the moment, but I hope to read at least one or two books! Let’s take a look! Wishlist Wednesday | Most Anticipated November 2025 Releases

We’re close to only having two months left in 2025 and that’s still such a weird idea. November 1st is this Saturday, so it’s time to talk about the books releasing next month we’re really excited about. We’re not sure how long our most anticipated November releases list will be, because publishing tends to slow down right before the end of the year, but let’s take a look!

Bookish Item| 2026 eARCs I Need to Get Started On

It’s a strange idea, but 2026 really is right around the corner. My yearly goal to increase my Netgalley ratio isn’t going as well as I’d hoped. Even though I really have been reading more of my approved ARCs. That being said, I’ve already been approved for 27 eARCs that release in 2026.

I want to make sure I stay on top of them next year, so the January 2026 releases are books I want to have read before December 31st. Here are the seven eARCs I need to read before this year is over. Let’s take a look!
