Show Sunday | Favorite Shows of 2025

Since 2026 is here, it’s time to start diving into the favorites lists of 2025. And I’m kicking it off with my favorite tv shows of 2025. I didn’t watch as much shows as I used to do, but I still watched a lot of great shows. For this list I decided to only go with shows that had new episodes in 2025. I didn’t do a numbered list, because some are just vibes and others were actually GOOD. But I enjoyed them all, so let’s take a look at my list!
*The shows are in order of me watching them* Continue reading “Show Sunday | Favorite Shows of 2025”

Bookhaul| Christmas Bookhaul 2025

So I don’t think I’ve done a separate Christmas bookhaul in quite a few years, but my bookhaul in December is so large, that I feel I really need to. I was very spoiled in December, used my gift cards, and kind of wanted to go out with a bang in December and January before I really focus on adding less books to my shelves.

Let’s see what 19 books I found waiting for me under the Christmas tree!

Review| Grace & Henry’s Holiday Movie Marathon – Matthew Norman

I know it’s January 1st, but I still need to tell everyone about Grace & Henry’s Holiday Movie Marathon. I read this book in one sitting and I had the best time. It’s also so much more than a romance. So keep on reading to find out more about this book and what I thought!

A big thank you to Netgalley and Dell for providing me with an eARC to read and review.

TTT #411 | Books Set in Snowy Places

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is Most Recent Additions to My Bookshelf, but this doesn’t seem like a great topic for me. I don’t get that many new books lately and I have shared all of them in our bookhauls. Since I will be going on a mini ski trip tomorrow, I decided to pick this topic from early December; Books Set in Snowy Places. Let’s see how many I have on my shelves! We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too! Continue reading “Royal Update #303”

Down the TBR Hole #162

After having some blog issues, I’m finally back with the last Down the TBR Hole post of 2025. We didn’t add or remove any books from my want to read shelf since my last post.

Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!

Bookish Item | Trying ‘New’ Reading Platforms

As you might’ve seen in my reading goals for 2026 post, I want to try another reading platform instead of Goodreads. I was planning on using Fable, but after talking to some reader friends I want to try a couple before deciding! Today I’ll share which reading platforms I plan on trying.
