Kelsey Kingsley has become one of my favorite authors. She really knows how to make you love her characters and sucks you into her stories. I don’t think there’s ever been a book she’s written that didn’t hit me in all the feels one way or another. Her newest book, A Circle of Crows, is something different than she’s written before. Yesterday I watched In The Heights and I LOVED it! While the majority of the movie is in English, it is about the Latinx population in the US and we also hear a lot of Spanish. Combine this with watching Elite (and the short stories) last week and it reminded me of all the Spanish shows I wanted to see. When I read The Bromance Book Club in November 2019 I never expected it to take me almost a year and a half to read the next book in the series. I loved that book, so I’m surprised I didn’t jump right in when I had the chance. I don’t think I did too bad in the past two weeks with adding books to my want to read shelf on Goodreads, but I still have plenty to get through, so it’s still good to keep on going every two weeks!
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around.
