With a little more than a week left in 2022, it’s time for us to start thinking about what we want to work on next year when it comes to reading! Every year we set a few reading goals and will do this again for the coming year. We don’t always succeed, but that’s something we’ll talk about in a couple of weeks, haha. So keep on reading if you want to hear about our 2023 reading goals!
One of our reading goals is working on our Netgalley feedback ratio. Eventually we want to get it to 80%. And to help motivate us we decided to do this new post every week. We pick three of our eARCs and based on the first line, paragraph, or page we decide which one we’ll read next. Let’s take a look at today’s picks for this week’s Netgalley Next!
I’ve done a few five star prediction posts, but never one based on the e-arcs that I have. Since blogging I’ve become really lucky with getting some e-arcs of books that sound really good or I’m really excited about. So I wanted to start taking a look at those more and what ones I think will be 5 stars! Here are some of my January 2023 releases I’m excited about and have high hopes for. Keep on reading to find out more!

We have about three more weeks to go in 2022, a little less but with the holidays coming up I’m counting it either way haha. I would love to cross off a couple more books and get a little closer to completing my reading challenge. It seems doable to read 3 more books, although I would love to read 6 more haha. Let’s take a look at the books I plan on reading to at least reach 1 goal.

Yesterday the winners from the Goodreads Choice Awards have been announced. I thought it would be fun to take a look at the winners and see if I have read them, want to read them, are now interested or still wouldn’t want to read them haha. There are 17 categories so let’s jump in!

I can’t believe I’m sitting down to talk about my final TBR of 2022. There are always so many books that I want and need to read. Even though I don’t always complete my TBRs, this is a list of books I am really excited about reading. Hopefully I get to them all!
We have a lot of eARC’s and we want to promote them a little bit more. So we decided to do some more Bookish Beginnings On Friday. Today I want to take a look at Five Survive. I was super excited to get my hands on this eARC as I loved Holly’s A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder series. Naturally I have high hopes for this one, so let’s take a look and see if it starts any good. There’s a big chance that you’ve seen that Goodreads has opened their first round of voting for the Goodreads Choice Awards 2022. It’s always fun to see what books make the list and if we’ve read them. Isabelle took a look at the fantasy nominees yesterday and today I’m taking a look at the romance nominees. Let’s see what I’ve already read!
