Bookish Item| Reading Recommendations TBR Part 1

So after seeing this done on YouTube and some people doing this one bookstagram, I decided to give it a go. I asked a few of my bookish friends who tend to love the same kind of books I do to give me three books they think I need to read. These are some books I want to read before the end of the year and here is my reading recommendations TBR part 1. I’ll be adding to this over the next couple of weeks. Let’s take a look!

Show Sunday | The Thursday Murder Club

The Thursday Murder Club books have been on my radar for a while now and I have been thinking about picking them up multiple times. Seeing that there was going to be a movie with some exceptional actors was just the push I needed to finally read the first book. I have now read the book and watched the movie, so today I wanted to talk about it!

Review| Back After This – Linda Holmes

It’s always fun to discover new authors. Especially when you end up enjoying the book. Even though I don’t listen to podcasts myself, I do like seeing them incorporated into books, and that’s the case with Back After This. Today I want to tell you about this book and what I thought.

A big thank you to Netgalley and Ballantine Books for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way.

Hobby Hub | My Steam Wishlist Part 4

It’s been over a year since I wrote a Steam wishlist post! When I wrote part 3 I had 73 games on my wishlist, today I have 108. I can’t believe that wishlist keeps growing like that haha. Lately I’ve had some more time to play games and I enjoy it so so much. My Switch is getting more love for sure, but some games are just more computer games compared to switch games haha. Let’s take a look at some of the games on my wishlist! Continue reading “Hobby Hub | My Steam Wishlist Part 4”

Review| Atmosphere – Taylor Jenkins Reid

If Taylor Jenkins Reid writes it, I’ll read it! She’s become one of my favorite authors and I think I only have one book to go to be caught up with her backlist. I was never much of a space fan, but Atmosphere caught my eye. Today I want to tell you about this book and what I thought.

A big thank you to Netgalley and Ballantine Books for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t affect my opinion in any way.

WWW Wednesday #93

It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:

  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

TTT #400 | Books With a School Setting

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is a non-bookish freebie and to be honest, I really dislike topics like that haha. I never know what to do for them. But since I’m back to work, and thus back to school I figured I would make it all about books set at schools! I love that setting, so I love talking about it haha.
