When I saw the synopsis for Casket Case, I was immediately intrigued by it. Our main character runs her family’s casket business. The man she runs into who seems perfect works for Death. When I was reading The Foxglove King in February I was really enjoying myself and decided that I couldn’t wait for the sequel. So while I was reading, I requested The Hemlock Queen on Netgalley. Even though I haven’t read and Sherlock Holmes books, I always find it interesting if books have characters that are a lot like Holmes and Watson.
